DFRDB Scheme Investigation Report -Update

Thanks to Rick Davies and Ian Callan for recent information on reactions to the Ombudsman’s investigation into the administration of the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits scheme and the resulting report number 06/2019 dated December 2019, reproduced below.
